Solution

1. Log into your cPanel (http://www.yourdomain.com:2082).

2. Click on the “MySQL Databases” link. This will display the “MySQL Account Maintenance” screen.

3. Scroll down to where it says: Db: _________ [Add Db]

4. Enter your preferred database name.

5. Click on “Add Db”

6. This will create a database in the format of account_databasename, where account is your username with your host, and databasename is the name you’ve chosen for your database.
